Returns and refunds
Supplements
Sealed, unopened supplements can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost.
How refunds work
Orders paid on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, your choice, once we receive and check the item.
